ANGELENA BONET

“When we stand together, with united voices, we can change the world.”

-Angelena

Multi-Award Winning documentary Filmmaker, Singer-Songwriter & humanitarian

Angelena Bonet is a multi-award winning documentary filmmaker, singer-songwriter and humanitarian dedicated to transforming personal tragedy into global impact. Through film, music and advocacy, she champions systemic reform, women’s empowerment and collective healing.

🎬 Filmmaking & Music

Through Crystal Heart Productions, Angelena writes, directs, and produces multi-award-winning documentaries and original soundtracks that have earned over 400 international awards. Her work, including Heart of the Matter and The Angelena Bonet Show, has been recognized globally for its honesty, emotional depth, and advocacy for women’s rights.

💞 A Love Story That Inspired a Legacy

While already established as a model and actress, Angelena’s artistic path deepened into music alongside her late fiancé, musician Erick Deeby, with whom she co-wrote, recorded, and produced her earliest music. After his sudden passing, she honored their shared vision by completing their work — recording at Trackdown Studios, Fox Studios Sydney — transforming profound grief into powerful art.

Their legacy continues through her signature song Tragic Fairytale and the original soundtracks that underscore her multi-award-winning films.

🌍 Advocacy & Empowerment

After surviving a violent crime in 2012, Angelena dedicated her life to empowering women through truth-driven storytelling. Her films, music, speaking engagements, and upcoming memoir are committed to advancing systemic reform, ending violence against women, and promoting collective healing through compassion and courage.

✨ Today

Today, Angelena shares her message through international film festivals, keynote speaking engagements, media appearances, and live performances. As she prepares for the release of her memoir, she continues to advocate for reform, resilience, and unity — believing that when we stand together with united voices, we truly can change the world.
